Size specification: Standard cleanroom wiper sheet sized 9 inches × 9 inches (approx. 15.24cm × 15.24cm).
Material composition: Split microfiber blended with 80% polyester and 20% nylon, woven or knitted exclusively for cleanroom use. Normally sealed by laser or ultrasonic edge sealing. Rinsed and packaged in purified cleanrooms before delivery, serving as precision cleaning consumables.

1.With fiber diameter only 0.1–0.3μm, it captures fine dust and metal debris smaller than 0.5μm. Impurities are locked inside fiber gaps to avoid secondary contamination during wiping.
2.Superior liquid and oil absorption
Hydrophilic nylon paired with sturdy polyester base delivers water absorption around 3 times higher than full-polyester wipers. It rapidly soaks up isopropyl alcohol (IPA), flux, degreasers, grease and fingerprint oil, performing well for both wet and dry wiping.
3.High toughness and wear resistance
Polyester ensures structural tensile strength, while nylon boosts abrasion resistance and elasticity. It resists fraying, tearing and shedding even with repeated heavy wiping, granting longer service life.
4.Ultra-low particle generation & low extractables
Fully purified via cleanroom washing process, featuring low non-volatile residue (NVR) and low ionic extractables. Free of silicone oil and fluorescent agents. Sealed edges prevent loose fiber shedding for high-class clean environments.
5.Ultra-soft surface without scratching delicate surfaces
Smooth lint-free texture leaves no scratches or marks on lenses, display panels, wafers, coated layers and high-gloss plastic parts.
6.Great chemical resistance
Compatible with isopropyl alcohol, mild acid/alkaline cleaners and common process solvents. Mild anti-static property reduces dust attraction from static electricity.
